SANTA ROSA

This project is located outside of Lima in a private residential area close to the beach. The design prioritizes the outdoor spaces which extend as terraces at different levels over the roofs of the first floor. These shared spaces are essential for the family, where parents and children simultaneously enjoy hosting guests. Although visually connected, the terraces are separated to provide each group with a degree of privacy.
